Fast and slow rhythms as well as resistance training are combined into interval training sessions that will get your heart racing, sculpt your body whilst burning fat and will leave you feeling energized!
The Latin, Salsa, Flamenco, Belly Dance, African Beats, Bollywood, Samba, Reggaeton and Hip-Hop music styles and rhythms ensure that you will love your exercise sessions, feel motivated and want to dance everyday!
Sam-ba Fitness is the FUN way to exercise with a party atmosphere, with all the ingredients for a sizzling hot aerobics class that everyone will enjoy!
A non partner, low impact workout that is suitable for anyone!
Mat-based Pilates is perfect if you need to tone up, flatten your abdominals, become more flexible, improve your posture, minimize sporting injuries, supplement your cardiovascular training, improve balance and core strength, increase mobility within your spine and other joints. No wonder Pilates is renowned as the celebrities and athletes way to look so good and perform so well!
