All of my classes are suitable for the beginner to advanced member; I can guarantee that you will meet some lovely people, and that regular attendance will help you increase fitness, develop new skills and confidence, improve your posture, balance and tone up problem areas.

All classes run throughout the year with some breaks within the local school holidays. If there is space in the class you are welcome to join at any time of year!
