Tuesday morning classes are at the Lakes Leisure Centre in Kendal. All bookings for the two classes are made through the Leisure Centre, call 01539 729777 for more information and to book. A crèche is available during the morning. Pilates is run as a pre-paid course, whereas the Dance Aerobics can be paid for weekly. Parking is free for two hours and a swim after class is only £1.00 extra!
