LOYALTY CARD FOR 'PAY AS YOU GO'

 

You can pay £5.50 cash (or less for concessions) for each class you attend and add these to your Loyalty Card, when you have completed 10 classes you'll get the 11th one FREE! Average class price £5.00!

 

 

Each block booking card is valid for 3 months from the date of the first class, with extra weeks added if I do not run a class within the holidays. E.g. you would have about 12 weeks to use up 8 sessions; hopefully you'd use it up much quicker than that!

Please pay by cash; although I will accept a cheque (please make cheques payable to S Horton).

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds are not usually offered but transfers can be made if there is space in a more suitable class.

If you pay for a block booking and then need to cancel due to serious ill health etc. a discretionary refund for the remaining weeks may be made. Unattended classes cannot be carried over to future block bookings/classes.

I will always try to put your needs first, but if absolutely necessary, I reserve the right to change or cancel a class without notice. I will always give as much notice as possible for any unforeseen cancellations.

 

INDIVIDUAL, ADDITIONAL AND TRIAL CLASSES        

If you cannot attend your usual class or wish to attend an additional class and there is a space available, you may just turn up and you can still use your block booking card. Please telephone first if you are unsure about class space, the timetable or holiday changes.

If it is your first class and you are unsure if it will be suitable for you, you may pay the individual class rate and then you can, if you wish, buy a block booking from the following week.
